Course Enrollment and Access:

• • Free Courses: Any user can enroll in free courses without any charge. Free courses are accessible indefinitely, subject to the terms outlined herein.

• • Premium Courses: Premium courses require a payment, detailed on the course page at the time of enrollment. Access to premium courses is granted upon successful payment.

User Accounts:

• • Users must register for a user account by providing truthful and accurate information. Responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of the account password and all activities that occur under the account rests with the user.

• • I reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove or edit content at my discretion.

User Conduct:

• • Users agree not to use the courses or website for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause.

• • Users agree not to use the website in any way that could damage the website, the services or the general business of Fox Tucker.

Intellectual Property:

• • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Course content without express written permission from Fox Tucker.

Refund Policy:

• • For premium courses, a refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the course. This is applicable only if less than 15% of the course has been completed.

• • No refunds are offered for courses once more than 15% of the content has been completed.
