Take 60 seconds to set up Skill Endorsements on your profile so that other people can endorse your skills.

Below you can see Leadership listed in my Skills Section which shows:
- 16 Colleagues have endorsed me
- 8 People have endorsed me in the last 6 months
How to Activate Skill Endorsements
- Click your photo
- Click View profile
- Scroll down to Skills Section
- Click the pencil icon
- Click … icon
- Click Endorsement Settings
- Activate settings
- Click Save

You will receive a notification whenever someone endorses one of your skills. You will be promoted to “Say Thanks” via LinkedIn messages. Be sure to say thanks.
Everytime you endorse a persons skill they will receive a notification. It’s a powerful way to put you on the radar of a connection, colleague, or client. Get into the habit of endorsing skills regularly.
